The Phil Parker Lightning Process will teach you how to regain the control in your life, and so give you the opportunity to break the spiral of illness, M.E, anxiety & stress, overwhelmedness, stuckness or low self esteem, or any other destructive patterns you have in your life.

The key steps are

• Recognising the patterns which cause the destructive feelings in your life
  
• Creating an effective way of stopping these patterns
  
• Creating more useful alternative patterns of thinking and action.

In just a short while, often only HOURS after the first session, the new effective patterns replace the old ones, and allowing you to make more productive and happier choices in your life.

We know that seems hard to believe based on most people's experience of how M.E type disorders respond to most therapies or programs, but that's what we have found.

The Phil Parker Lightning Process is amazingly effective because it's such a well developed training program. If you do the homework required by the process, and it's simple stuff to do, within the ability of everyone, then we've found that people are able to produce amazing results... but you do have to do the work!

As it's a training rather than a therapy, once you've learnt it, it will be with you for the rest of your life; your life path, health and happiness will then be up to you to choose, we find if you use this process, then the sky's the limit. Structure:
When training someone to use The Lightning Process to change their life or health we have found it works best to follow this schedule:

Appointments on 3 consecutive days
day one 2-4 hrs (in a group of about  people)
day two 2-4 hrs (in a group of about 5 people)
day three 1 hr (one to one session)or 2-4 hrs (if in a group)

one appointment, one week later- 20-60 minutes either by phone or face to face depending on what's needed

Fees:
Full fee details for the three day seminar are outlined in the application form, we also suggest you budget for follow up coaching support (usually about £50-£100).

We will not cash the cheque yous end with your form until we have accepted you onto the course.

Regarding payment; we don't take credit cards however cheques and cash are welcome.

Waiting list:
You will normally have to wait about 6 weeks for an space on a LP training course.

Reductions:
Unfortunately, because we are privately run clinics without government funding we can not offer concessions or reduced rates.
