"Dear Phil,

A very belated thank you for designing such a wonderful programme to help Lucy.  You must have wondered what happened to us as we have not been in touch but things have gone really well.  She restarted school this week and we do not use the word ME anymore nor do I ask her how she is and we are all able to make plans again.

The afternoon we completed the course I took her shopping and she chose a lovely warm cherry red wool coat in Zara. She looks like the girl in the Smirnoff ad!  It is her "I am BETTER  coat" and she wore it into school the first day she went back.  A school where all the kids wear black or grey.

She was a little nervous wearing it as she thought she might stick out a bit too much but Lucy being the fiercely independent person she is, decided she would wear it anyway as she loved it.  She sparked a lot of positive comment and everyone has now bought wool coats and some in red!  Every day she wears it makes me smile.

Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts - I am probably your biggest promoter of the programme and you will get a flurry of interest from people all over the country that I have spoken to.
