I'm doing fine still using the process some days more than others just get a bad
head when talking on the phone sometimes and tightness of the throat havent had a sore throat for a couple of weeks amazing!!!

done gardening windows housework and ironing today really impressed with myself. I still have to
tell people I havent got M.E when its brought up in conversation it feels weird but nice to say it."

my life has just gone from strength to strength I know I emailed you not long after to say I was having my first child the pregnancy has gone well and I have only 8wks to go and I also started a new job as an holistic therapist part time at a clinic near by I am having the time of my life thanks to the l/p I still incorporate it into my life but don't need to do it very much anymore-I can only thank you for helping me so much."
