Pete's story:
"I arrived for the Lightning process feeling absolutely desperate and in a deep depression that had haunted me for years and had been especially bad, every day for the last 3 months.
I had a lack of concentration, fuzziness anxiety, difficult talking to others, had been avoiding my friends and making mistakes at work.
Phil trained me in the Lightning process , wow what a difference!
Even after the first session, what a joy to do the simple things like be able to read a book, watch T.V and actually be present in conversation again.
It seemed to good to be trues, but as time as gone on, theses feelings have continue and strengthened, and I am very happy to embrace this new approach, I look forward to getting up in the mornings, and the future looks very rosy, and it's such a practical process to use in everyday situations that I know I'll stay on track no matter what.

Well going from strength to strength... now using the process less due to how effective it is being...
Things are going well including the schedule of the goals I set at the clinic...
And what really stands out is the way I seem to be drawn to situations I used to avoid, now seems fun to play with them with the knowledge I am in control of how I feel...!!!"
Jo's story
Hi Phil,
Haven't been in touch for a while so thought I would give you an update on Jess ( his daughter who had m.e).
Having got herself back to college she is about to complete her A level studies. She has been offered an unconditional place at Kings in London to study as a paediatric nurse. Very exciting times. There has not been a single relapse since coming to you. She works hard and party's harder!! Eternally grateful.
As for me, after years of taking them, I have not taken any antidepressants since I saw you last summer, that's coming up for a year now. I have a new job and am back to a 12 hour day-can't win them all. Whilst I now have to use the LP rarely you gave me the boost I needed to kick start my life again.

Thanks for everything, the Lightning Process has been such a revelation- I can't quite believe that my depression has completely gone after just 3 days.
Today, after 10 years on seroxat, I will be seeing the doctor to discuss coming off my medication (how good is that!)
I have now been Seroxat free for three weeks which considering I was taking it for over ten years is excellent.Stll feeling great
