The Phil Parker Lightning Process

Complaints Procedure

Our practitioners are trained professionals and are bound to abide by our rules of professional and ethical conduct.

An important function of the Regsiter is to deal with individual's concerns and complaints about their Licensed Practitioners. Our code of conduct gives the Register strong powers to act in cases where Licensed Practitioners fall short of the high standards of conduct and competence required for registration.

As with any professional register there is a standard complaints procedure designed to deal with any allegations made against any of our practitioners.

Anyone with a concern or complaint about the professional conduct or competence of a Licensed Practitioners should first try to resolve the matter with the Practitioners involved. If this approach fails, then they should contact the Register who will be able to advise on the next steps to take.

For further advice download the Complaints Information Leaflet or to lodge a complaint, please email the Regulation Department.
