How can the LP training programme help you stay on track and reach your target?

LP helps people to lose weight by understanding the importance of the nervous system in maintaining and changing eating patterns and habits.

If a nerve pathway is used a lot then it starts to become even easier to use the next time; so if you have some chocolate after every meal or a biscuit with each cup of tea, very soon the ’wiring’ in your brain will change so that the thought of tea rapidly triggers the thought of biscuits and the thought of a meal triggers ‘chocolate’ thoughts. Trying to resist the power of this new neurology is very difficult unless you know how to make new more healthy pathways and associations. The LP can teach you exactly how to do this, whilst considering how those pathways got to be so strong in the first place.
